Rachel McLeran is a Sr Principal Engineer Mechanical at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. They previously held the position of Senior Automation Engineer at McLeran Automation and Controls Engineering from 2022 to 2024 and served as R&D Engineering Supervisor at RBC Bearings from 2017 to 2022. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Xcerra Corporation and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Titan Semiconductor Tool. Rachel earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Fullerton, where they studied from 2010 to 2017. Additionally, they were a Swim Coach for the Fullerton Aquatics Sports Team from 2010 to 2014.
