Kaci Esson is a Lead Cyber Security Project Manager at Northrop Grumman, specializing in cyber compliance, risk management, and secure network architecture within defense and aerospace environments. With a Master’s in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Psychology from Northern Arizona University, Kaci combines strong technical expertise with effective communication skills. Previously, Kaci served as the General Manager at Acqua Di Mare and held the role of Assistant General Manager/Bar Manager at BlackSheep Wine Bar and Merchant. At Northrop Grumman, Kaci leads a cross-functional cybersecurity team supporting Electrical Ground Support Equipment for multiple launch vehicle programs.
