Dane Woodard is a Structural Design Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, where they lead a team of over ten engineers and contribute to the overall leadership of a thirty-member design team. They possess extensive experience in managing complex design projects, integrating various aircraft systems, and providing technical oversight in engineering. Dane holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution. Previously, they served as a Flight Test Systems Design Program Lead at Sikorsky, where they oversaw design tasks from concept to aircraft installation. Early in their career, Dane also worked as a Student Assistant at Embry-Riddle, where they trained and led a team in daily operations.
