Clarence Johnson is the Associate Director of Skilled Trades and Transportation Programs at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), where they focus on developing workforce training initiatives that align with regional labor market needs. With over a decade of experience in workforce development and project management, Clarence has previously held roles such as Platoon Sergeant in the US Army and Manager of Operations Training at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management with a concentration in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University. Clarence is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring the success of individuals in skilled trades careers.
