Previously, they held various vice president roles at Northern Trust and JPMorgan Chase, focusing on applications management and project management in financial services. With an educational background that includes a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from North Central College, Steven is passionate about driving innovation and excellence across organizations.
