Khagani Mammadov is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a senior commercial, contracts, and cost control engineer at North West Construction LLC since October 2014. Prior to this role, Khagani held positions as a commercial/contracts/cost control specialist and cost control engineer. Before joining North West Construction LLC, Khagani worked as a cost control engineer at Azer Aqrar Tikinti LLC from June 2011 to October 2014. Khagani holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the State Economic University of the Republic of Azerbaijan, attained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Academy of Public Administration Under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, completed in 2010.
