Kapila Chandra Kumara is a Technical/Production Manager at North Sails, where they provide technical assistance for sail manufacturing and lead a team of sailmakers. They have held several leadership roles within the Ruhunu Sailing Association, including Vice Commodore and Commodore, and served as Assistant Secretary of the Yachting Association of Sri Lanka from 2022 to 2023. Kapila's prior experience includes project management positions at Loadstar Pvt. Ltd. and the Building A Future Foundation. They hold an MBA from London Metropolitan University and are currently pursuing a Sport Administration Course with the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka.
