Hatem Rajabdeen is a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience across various sectors, including investment banking, fund management, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Country Director for North Sails, Future Fibres, and NTG Shared Services, Hatem's leadership roles have spanned organizations like Southern Spars and the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka. Hatem co-founded Saino Labs and has held significant positions including Founder/Director at the GIZ/GTZ Boat Building Technology Improvement Institute. Hatem graduated from the University of Oxford in 2022.
