Shane Steiger is currently an Assistant Vice President at North Dallas Bank & Trust, having previously worked as a Banking Officer and in various credit analyst roles. Shane began their career with an internship at North Dallas Bank & Trust Co., where they gained hands-on experience in the loan process, financial analysis, and interdepartmental operations. Shane also held positions at Fidelity Investments, where they developed workplace planning strategies, and 49 Financial, where they crafted customized financial plans for clients. Shane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2020.
