Richard Hassard is an experienced Facilities Building Trades Manager at North Carolina State University, where they have demonstrated a strong background in the higher education industry. With a history of working as a Construction Project Manager, Richard has honed skills in construction, maintenance, customer service, staff development, supervisory skills, and leadership. They graduated from the APPA Institute with a focus on Facilities Management and are currently enrolled to become a certified APPA Supervisor Toolkit trainer.
