Kyle Mullaney is a dedicated Director of Education and Training focused on identifying gaps in compliance and administrative knowledge within higher education research administration. Previously, Kyle served as an Instructional Designer and Communications Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they developed a data-driven professional development program. With experience teaching in Taiwan and managing training initiatives at North Carolina State University, Kyle is committed to enriching training methods and enhancing employee engagement. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from North Carolina State University. Outside of professional endeavors, they enjoy volunteering at their daughter's school and pursuing hobbies such as pickleball and photography.
