Silje Berg Tomter is an experienced administrasjonsleder at NRK Eksternavdelingen, where they have been employed since 2018. Previously, they served as a produktsjef at NRK Aktivum from 2005 to 2018, where they were responsible for product development and management of commercial rights for NRK's media productions. Silje began their career as a butikkmedarbeider at Jean Paul from 1996 to 1998. They hold ongoing education in medialinjen from Fana Folkehøgskule and in prosjektledelse from BI Norwegian Business School, among other academic pursuits. With expertise in contract negotiations, copyright, product development, marketing, and financial management, Silje has a deep understanding of brand management and experience in handling multiple concurrent projects.
