Milana Keaty is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and commercial operations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing DACH at Norgine since June 2025, they focus on commercial excellence and digital transformation within the specialty pharma space. Previously, Milana held significant roles at Bayer, including VP and Global Franchise Lead, where they developed innovative market access strategies and led the successful launch of multiple top products. Additionally, they served as a mentor for Femme Palette, helping others advance in their careers, while advocating for women’s and gender health equity throughout their career. Milana earned a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, graduating summa cum laude from Charles University.
