Nikita Riabko is a professional in mining technical services and project execution, currently serving as the Head of Mine Technical Department at Nordgold. With a strong foundation in mining engineering, Nikita previously held key positions such as Director of Mining Development at Russian Platinum LTD and Head of Mine Planning and Technical Audit at Norilsk Nickel. Known for a blend of technical and soft skills, they have successfully led significant projects, including the $6 billion Komsomolsky Complex Project. Nikita earned a Master of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the National Mineral Resources University and has pursued additional education in management and project management.
