Ulrika Backman is an Executive Adviser in the CEO Office, bringing a wealth of experience in compliance and risk management across various financial institutions. They previously held roles at Nordea, including Head of Risk Governance and Senior Compliance Officer, and worked as a Compliance Officer at Nordnet Bank AB from 2018 to 2019. Ulrika also spent time at Aktia in Treasury and contributed to international customer support in wholesale banking. They earned a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan between 2006 and 2012 and completed the IB-programme at Mattlidens Gymnasium from 2003 to 2005.
