Jørn Valgermo is currently the Head of Group Business Controlling and Analytics at Norconsult, a position held since 2024. Previously, Jørn worked at TINE SA as a Business Controller and Business Intelligence-analytiker, where they were instrumental in visualizing financial reports and developing key performance indicator dashboards. Jørn's early experience includes project control roles for the Lillehammer 2016 Youth Olympic Games and Sopra Steria, and they have also served as a teaching assistant at Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH). Jørn holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from NHH and studied abroad at the University of Melbourne.
