Ronak Marolia is a seasoned business professional focused on organization effectiveness and HR transformation. They have extensive experience helping Boards and Senior Management implement effective people strategies globally, addressing complex business challenges and enhancing productivity. Ronak served as an Independent Consultant from 2007 to 2009 and held various roles at Aon from 2012 to 2014, including Senior Consultant and Regional Solution Leader. They then led international HR projects at Astellas Pharma before becoming Executive Director and Head of Corporate Human Resources for Asia at Nomura in 2022. Ronak holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi and a B.E. in Electronics from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
