Federica Accorsi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in reward management across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as Head of Reward at Nomad Foods since July 2024, Federica previously held the position of Reward Manager at De Beers Group, where responsibilities included managing global reward activities and implementing significant initiatives such as incentive harmonization and equal pay analysis. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Total Rewards for EMEA at Michael Kors, where oversight of HRIS processes and supervision of staff were key aspects, and previous positions at The Walt Disney Company and NEC Europe Ltd focused on compensation and benefits. Federica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Università Bocconi and was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University.
