Mikhail Rochev is currently the Head of the Software Development Department at Nokia R&D in Saint-Petersburg, where they lead a team of up to 40 specialists in advanced research and development for LTE eNodeB. They have extensive experience in project and program management, people management, and software development processes, leveraging expertise in methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall. Mikhail's career includes roles as a Software Engineer at Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, a Test Engineer and later a Project Manager at Motorola, and a Program Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks. They earned an engineering degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Networks from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation.
