Jarkko Hagström, MSc, CISM, is an experienced IT Infra and IT M&A leader currently serving as the Head of IT Infra Harmonization at Nokia Shanghai Bell since 2016. With expertise in managing large-scale, multi-million-euro programs, Jarkko has successfully integrated complex IT infrastructures and spearheaded M&A initiatives within global organizations. Jarkko's previous roles include heading the IT Network unit at Nokia and leading multiple projects focused on IT security and infrastructure at Optisec Oy and Trusteq Oy. Jarkko holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from the University of Oulu and a CISM certification from ISACA.
