Solveig Langsrud is a Senior Research Scientist at Nofima Mat, a position held since January 1993. Prior to this role, Solveig worked as a researcher at Matforsk AS from 1992 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained in 1992, and a PhD in Microbiology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB), completed in 1998.
