Kyle Scannell is an experienced maritime professional with a background in dynamic positioning operations and marine management. Currently serving as a DPO / 2nd Mate at Noble Drilling since May 2019, Kyle is responsible for monitoring critical DP systems and assisting with marine operations. Previous experience includes roles as a 3rd Officer at BW LNG and an ADPO/2nd Mate at Noble Drilling, where responsibilities also focused on ensuring safety and effective equipment maintenance. Earlier roles include serving as a Yacht Manager and gaining hands-on experience as a Deck Cadet with Hoegh LNG Fleet Management AS. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, completed in 2012.
