Aarif Adam, FASSA, is a Vice President of Strategy & Analytics at NMC Healthcare, a position held since 2024. They have a robust background in actuarial science, having served as an Actuarial Analyst and Consultant at Sanlam from 2009 to 2010, and later as an Actuarial Manager for Clinical Risk at Discovery Limited from 2014 to 2016. Aarif also held several key roles at Munich Re from 2021 to 2024, including Senior Actuarial Manager and Market Actuary for multiple regions. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town and are a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
