Hayley Miller has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 when they worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Sorrelli Jewelry. Hayley then moved on to be a Graphic Designer (Employed Part Time) at the Office of Student Involvement at Kutztown University from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer (Part Time) at Life Celebration, Inc. Hayley became self-employed as a Freelance Designer & Art Director in 2014. Hayley then joined Bethlehem Shared Services LLC. as a Graphic Designer from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at M&M Associates, Inc., initially as a Senior Graphic Designer, then promoted to Senior Graphic Designer & Assistant Design Manager, and finally as the Art Director / Design Department Manager. Hayley'smost recent position was at NJM Insurance Group, where they held two roles: Senior Design Specialist / Analyst from 2022 to 2023, and currently as the Senior Graphic Designer - Team Lead.

Hayley Miller obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in the years 2010 to 2014.
