Paul DeTurk is a corporate associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, specializing in private company transactions and corporate governance since December 2020. Previously, Paul worked as a private equity associate at Goodwin Procter LLP and as a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where experience included mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and SEC filings. Early in the legal career, Paul served as a summer law clerk at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and interned at the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance and Valar Ventures Management LLC, focusing on investment management and due diligence. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
