Niels Ole Karstoft is a skilled technical leader currently serving as Teknisk Chef at NIRAS since 2017 and at ALECTIA since 2015. With an extensive background in engineering and business, Niels earned a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and an MBA from CBS. Prior to their current roles, Niels served as direktør at Alectia from 2004. Niels holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Handelshøjskolen i København.
