Toru Taguchi currently serves as the Representative of the Yangon Office for Nippon Koei Co., Ltd, managing office operations, project funding, and overseeing accounting and tax matters for ongoing projects in Myanmar. Prior experience includes roles as an Officer in the Logistics & Operations Department, where project implementation and budgeting were monitored, and as a Training Research Assistant at Kobe Institute of Computing, supporting international master's students. Previous positions at Japan International Cooperation Agency involved arranging accommodations and transportation for training participants and assisting program coordinators. Toru Taguchi holds an M.A. in Education and Social Policy from New York University and a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Soka University of America.
