Benjamin Wolgast began their localization career in 2019, transitioning from a background in public relations to become a German translator in a US-based IT company. They developed the first localization processes and later oversaw a marketing localization program with 11 target languages at a fast-growing unicorn. With over five years of experience in Localization Management, Benjamin currently serves as a Localization Manager at NinjaOne, where they lead an in-house team and implement translation management systems. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen.
