Thomas "TJ" Kneale is a product executive and founder with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade in product management. They served in the US Navy, where they held various roles, including Test Pilot and Operations Officer, and later led teams as a senior product manager for the F-35 Joint Program Office. Currently, TJ is the Head of Data and AI Products at Ninety, while also being a founding partner at Lotus Partners, S.A., and the CEO and cofounder of LalTal. They completed a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering at the United States Naval Academy and earned multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee.
