A non-profit, community-based organization, Nine Circles Community Health Centre has expertise in the care and treatment of HIV, Hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted infections. We deliver comprehensive primary care, social support, education and prevention services to those who are most likely to experience barriers to health care.

At Nine Circles, we offer a wide range of programs and services that seek to address the physical, mental, emotional and social aspects of people's lives. We actively work to address health inequities and recognize the role of the social determinants of health in people’s lives, including the adverse impacts of poverty, social exclusion and stigma. We operate with a harm reduction approach, meeting people where they're at and empowering clients to make informed choices based on accurate information and a range of options.

Our programs and services include: 
- Primary care services
- STBBI (sexually transmitted & blood-borne infection) testing
- Specialized care for those who are living with HIV
- Social support, advocacy & outreach services
- Health promotion workshops & community education sessions
- Supply distribution for safer drug use and safer sex
- sexual health promotion and awareness events
- professional mentorship for health care practitioners
- Indigenous cultural support programming

We are also founding partners of the Manitoba HIV Program, and the Manitoba HIV-STBBI Collective Impact Network, which work to transform the landscape of HIV and STBBIs in Manitoba by bringing like-minded people together to address challenges through collective action.
