Ildikó Csukás-Bodó is currently the Global Head of IT Service Desk at Nilfisk. Previously, Ildikó held positions such as Head of Global Service Delivery at Wise and Global Customer Service Experience Lead at Roche from 2018 to 2021, where Ildikó successfully co-created and implemented customer experience initiatives that significantly improved service quality and customer satisfaction. Ildikó also worked at Unisys from 2015 to 2018, leading the Service Management Governance Office for the EMEA region, and implemented programs that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs. Ildikó holds a Master’s degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Eötvös Loránd University and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from Szent István University.
