Stephanie Klingler is currently the Learning, Communications, and Engagement Director at Nike, where they lead a team focused on stakeholder support, communications, engagement, and learning development. From 2022 to 2024, Stephanie held the role of Learning Director within Nike's SEC Transformational Change Office. Prior to Nike, they worked as a Manager of Learning Services at Viewpoint and as an Instructional Designer at SEMA Construction, Inc. Stephanie has extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and managing teams in learning and development contexts.
