Greg Dufour, MBA, is a seasoned leader with 25 years of engineering, design, and manufacturing experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Facilities and Engineering at the Nike Sport Research Lab. Throughout their career, they have emphasized process improvement, innovation, and reducing costs with an eye toward environmental impact. Previous roles include Senior Automation Engineer at Nike and Senior Controls Engineer at Tegron. Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Windsor and an MBA from Clemson University, and they are actively pursuing a Certificate in Executive Presence and Influence at The Wharton School.
