Denitsa Gidikova is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Lead of Employee Communications for EMEA at Nike. With a background in International Communications Management from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, Denitsa has held various roles within Nike since 2015, including Employee & Corporate Communications Manager and Retail Communications Specialist. Prior to their work at Nike, Denitsa volunteered with WWF and worked as a Junior Researcher at O'Connell Executive Search, as well as a Communications Intern at the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. Denitsa is passionate about storytelling and thrives on engaging with diverse audiences.
