Currently, Steve serves as President and Chairman of CDC, Inc., guiding the acquisition and management of mid-sized manufacturing and technology companies, while also advising V&F Transformer Corporation's leadership team. Previously, Steve held board member positions in various companies, including Medis Technologies Ltd. and OSI Geospatial, focusing on strategic direction and operational effectiveness. Steve has a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. from Carleton College.
