Sonia McGrath is an analytical and multilingual operations leader with 14 years of management experience, specializing in process improvement and quality management. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager in Product Operations at NiCE and previously held various key roles at companies such as NICE CXone and MultiLing. As the first Manager of Vendor Development at MultiLing Corporation, Sonia designed an innovative cloud-based terminology database, leading training efforts for over 200 language pairs. They earned an MBA from Brigham Young University and a BA in Linguistics from the same institution, alongside an Associate's degree from Utah Valley University.
