Emma Olive Billington is currently the Head of Clinical Research at NiaHealth. Emma has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary since 2015 and was previously a Research Fellow at the University of Auckland. With a background in internal medicine, Emma completed a residency at Alberta Health Services and further specialized as a Clinical Fellow in Endocrinology & Metabolism. Emma holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Calgary and a Research Doctorate in Osteoporosis from the University of Auckland, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia.
