Carm Cataldo BA.Sc, MSCJ has extensive experience in law enforcement and supervisory roles, beginning with a position as Cage and Coin Supervisor at Niagara Casinos from September 1997 to January 1999 and later at OLG until August 2002. Following this, Carm served as a Police Constable with the Toronto Police Service from August 2002 to March 2004 and held multiple positions within the Niagara Regional Police Service, including roles as Detective Sergeant, Charge Investigator, Sergeants in Patrol, Detective Constable in the Street Crime Unit, and positions within the Criminal Investigations Branch. Academically, Carm holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Guelph-Humber, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Niagara University Graduate School, and is pursuing an LLM in Dispute Resolution at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, complemented by various certifications in mediation and conflict resolution.
