Catherine Lisseman is an experienced senior leader currently serving as the Group Head of Corporate Learning Services, where they oversee various corporate learning functions, including large Apprenticeship, Leadership, and Talent Pipeline projects. With a rich background in the hospital and healthcare industry, they have held roles such as Lead for Medical Leadership Development and HR Advisor at NHS. Catherine is also a Squadron Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve and is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Education focused on Organisational Leadership from The University of Wolverhampton, building upon their postgraduate and master's degrees in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
