Tracy Myhill OBE is the Director of Tracy Myhill Associates, where Tracy provides consultancy services in organizational development, leadership, and executive mentoring. Currently, Tracy also holds the position of Non Executive Director at the UK Ministry of Defence and Chair at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. Tracy previously served as the CEO at Swansea Bay University Health Board and Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. Tracy has a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
