Vijaya Ravindran is the Head of Community and Mental Health at NHS North Central London ICB, where they lead the Community and Mental Health programme. They have previously served as a Programme Manager at NHS England from 2021 to 2023 and have extensive experience in product and programme management across various organizations, including DocAsap and NHS Islington Clinical Commissioning Group. Vijaya completed their MBA at Cranfield School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. They have also contributed as a mentor and trainer at Onpartu in 2018.
