Shayan Ghosh is a Senior Data Scientist at nference since March 2022, focusing on the development of deep learning and traditional machine learning algorithms for analyzing disease models using ECG and EHR data. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Bonn from February 2019 to January 2022, where Shayan derived analytic expressions in baryonic chiral perturbation theory and developed algorithms for complex variable integrals. As a Research Assistant and Doctoral Researcher at the Indian Institute of Science from August 2014 to January 2019, Shayan applied statistical methods and developed analytic techniques in theoretical physics. Additional experience includes working as a Junior Advocate at the Chambers of A.K. Raha, representing cases in customs and taxation from July 2011 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the Indian Institute of Science, an LLB from Delhi University, and a BA in Physics and Chinese Language and Literature from Dartmouth College.
