Hugh O'Connor is a seasoned data and AI executive, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Nexus Data Strategy, where they specialize in enterprise AI enablement and data monetization strategies. Previously, as Director of Data Strategy at Opendoor, Hugh built scalable data frameworks and led cross-functional teams that delivered a 9-figure business impact. Their earlier experience includes significant roles at Eagle Alpha, where they expanded a data marketplace and introduced innovative data sourcing solutions, as well as positions at Ulster Bank and Ernst & Young.
