Namita Hegde is a Service Delivery Manager at Nexthink, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery, previously working at Mphasis from 2010 to 2014 as an IT Practice Lead and Team Lead in Infrastructure Services and End User Support Services. In 2024, Namita served as an IT Operations Manager at Accenture and also held the role of Service Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from 2024 to 2025. Namita is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management at Manipal University while attending Mangalore University.
