Susan Brinkley is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and corporate transactions, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Closings and Acquisitions at NextGrid since August 2025. With a robust background at Pine Gate Renewables, including roles as Senior Manager and Corporate Transactions Manager, Susan managed the diligence and closing processes for a significant portfolio of utility-scale solar projects. Previous experience encompasses various positions, including Real Estate Broker at South Asheville Realty, Owner of Rough Cut Art Design, and Marketing Production Coordinator at Earth Fare. Additionally, Susan held managerial roles in home equity underwriting and mortgage operations at HomeTrust Bank and First Citizens Bank. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts, Susan also obtained a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License in 2018.
