Elke's expertise spans general management, e-commerce, sales, and digital transformation, supported by their multi-lingual capabilities and international work experience. Currently, Elke is enrolled in postgraduate studies for supervisory board members while pursuing an MBA in International Business and Japanese Studies at Hochschule Niederrhein and the University of Bonn.
