Claudia Acuña is the Managing Director of Impact at New Story, where they help pioneer solutions to end global homelessness. They have previously served as the Impact Partnerships Director at New Story and have held various leadership roles, including Directora Comercial at Habvita and Socia at Fivase Consultores. Claudia's extensive experience in microfinancing began at Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal, and they were also the Coordinadora Nacional de Autoproducción at INFONAVIT. They hold a Master's degree in Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from ITAM.
