Christopher Silver is a trainee sport psychologist currently working with Newport County AFC, focusing on workshops and one-on-one sessions for academy players. In addition, Christopher holds the roles of Active Wellbeing Lead and Active Wellbeing Support at Bridgend College and is the founder of Performance Potential, offering expertise as a performance and wellbeing psychologist. Previous experience includes competing as a professional triathlete with Welsh Triathlon, serving as a motivational speaker for Inspired Through Sport, and contributing as an assistant psychologist at Camino Healthcare and Ludlow Street Healthcare Group. Christopher's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, an MRes in Clinical Psychology from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bath.
