Bruce Devlin is an experienced Mill Processing Technician with a strong background in the mining and metals industry, currently serving as an Advisor and Coordinator for Mill Training at Newmont Corporation since November 2023 and at Newcrest Mining since November 2022. Previous roles include Mill Operations Training Supervisor and Control Room Operator. Bruce's expertise encompasses various operational processes, including DCS Control Room Delta V, flotation circuits, and grinding and tailings management. Prior to his mining career, Bruce held the position of Fire Captain with Panorama Fire Rescue Services, where responsibilities included emergency medical response and rescue operations. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Guelph, completed in 1992.
