Thomas Greeley is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark's Boston Capital Markets Group, where they specialize in the disposition of multifamily properties, development sites, and hotels. Over the course of their career, Thomas has executed more than 100 transactions totaling over $8 billion in transactional volume, working with notable clients such as JP Morgan and Blackstone. Since 2018, their team has facilitated the disposition of development sites in Greater Boston, exceeding 10 million FAR SF and $2 billion in land value. Thomas is a graduate of Boston College, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and is engaged in several professional organizations, including the Boston College Real Estate Council and The Corey C. Griffin Foundation.
